Theres a lot of changes going on at work right now. Quite a few of my friends are moving on. I commend them for doing something different, stepping out of their comfort zone, hoping to better their lives, and for taking that plunge into the unknown. Nine years ago when I interviewed for this job I told management that I should be hired and that I would be the most important asset this restaurant would ever have.
