Theres a stage as you go through change that is like sitting in a compost pile. In order to recycle and generate the scraps have to go through a process, and sometimes we have to be in that process of change, too. We are recycling all that is within to bring forward a new expression. Compost is a good thing because it feeds growth and regenerates that which is the foundation. Ruminate and seed new things from the scraps of change. Before long, youll rise up and grow into the next great version of yourself. Pause and breathe.
