Theres been allot of flack from media and Australian public re; Serenas judgement regarding her first meeting with a Koala. And not cuddling the Koala, branding her as a cold lady, and a princess. I say it is cool, and please guys, you need to understand the circumstance. It is all relative. I have cuddled many koalas in the bush from a 3 year old, natural environment in country Vic. & at my Nannas wildlife shelter and in Zoos. But outside of their usual environment, as is in this scenario [taken from Perth Zoo, up to Kings Park for photo opp.] they would feel agitated & out of sorts. Especially with media, lights and people all around. Such a pity as these photo opps. are GOLD in terms of promoting the plight of Koala Foundation throughout the world.
