Theres lots on my mind tonight, but this is obviously the most uplifting. Working people like ourselves, when organized and in direct confrontation with our enemy (i.e. bosses, landlords, banks, patriarchy, white supremacy, the govt, etc.), can achieve gains and improve our own lives. These gains may seem insignificant at times, given the immensity of global capitalism and its myriad consequences for all of us. But more importantly, they teach us that fighting back and winning is possible, and through these wins we start to understand that winning on a grander scale is possible, i.e. that destroying capitalism and the state are possible (in the long-term) and that we are powerful people, with agency, capable of creating the world we want to see. Much love and solidarity to all the comrades around the world who are putting the revolution into practice, even if its in humble ways (or, rather, especially if its in humble ways).
