Theres no business like show business, like no business I know. Yep that is pretty much what you are going to get on Sundays Easter programs, Its Showtime @ the Apollo (Church). This is a time where they rehearse for one of the greatest shows on earth and just like the circus, these clowns are going to put on a show that you will not forget. You see this a time where church attendance will peak, even the atheist go on this day. So what they have to do is make sure they really put their best foot forward, everything has to be on point because they want to win you over to join their band of church junkies. This is a time where the offerings really come in, Man they really like this part. Now they have to get all their giving scriptures together, get you to believe or sow a sacrificial seed in this ministry is the way they put it, throw in a couple testimonies to spice it up. Now if they get you to join, then here comes those Tithes increasing and that is more money, more money, yea baby, nothing like 10% of that gross coming in. The music has to be right, the message has to be emotional, the alter call has to be almost funeral like. I mean man this is going to be a show of real actors/actresses. They all have their parts to play because you are the audience they have to convince to come back. Oh they may send you a thank you letter or card for coming, this is all a part of the hook, line and sink act. Oh can’t forget this one, they will be @ the end of the church for some that is and while you are leaving, shake your hand and thank you for coming with that cheesy grin, yep all this to bait you for the real catch. These Giggs with their gigs are hoping for a record show on Easter Sunrise services. They got to really look professional, if they are going to sell you membership rights to the church. Check this out. My name is Easter, I come once a year, I bring all the peeps together both far and near. They preach He got up from the grave, that all humanity would be saved. For God so love the world, he gave His only Son, Man to look @ the church, are they talking about the same one. Easter has nothing to do with the message of the Cross, when it’s all over, still we are Loss. So again we see not just the world is lost but religon to, people still dont know what to do.
