Theres no way you can love somebody if youre not loving and respecting yourself ... Because if you dont love yourself you dont care enough about what you really want in your life and what really makes you happy in your life . Then youll just compromise yourself to get a bit of love, company or acceptance by other persons denying yourself, this works for a short time but on the long term you cannot be happy because were not puppets and we cannot adapt like this and the other part of the story is you cannot force anyone to love you...jealousy for me is a reflexion of lack of self-love because the other person should stay with me because this person loves me not because I can control him, but if I dont even love myself how can I believe that somebody else does for sure I ll always be suspicious and frightened ...what life is that ? What does it have to do with love ? ... Further if you dont love yourself, youll try find a substitute for your lacking love towards yourself in some other person ... But even that wont make you happy and nobody can love you like that it wont work unless you get somebody who is satisfied by having someone who he/she can control fully but thats not love either but manipulation some people Really do like to have a puppet ..Everyone is different and what makes me happy doesnt necessarily makes you happy ... But if you love yourself you will care More about your life and your future and you will be able to choose who and what is right for you knowing what you want instead of letting circumstances kick u in the *** ... everything else is self-mutilation and it will for sure end bad
