Theres nothing wrong with liking Israel.I like Israel. My folks visited the place.I would like to too,someday. Its Christianitys holiest site.Even the Jews and Muslims have shrines there.It is where we trace our roots as Abrahamaic religions. Theres nothing wrong with liking Israel.Its a beautiful country with nice weather and a thriving economy.We can and should emulate their contributions to science,their sense of national pride and their business prowess. Liking Israel doesnt mean you endorse Zionism (oh by the way,theres also Muslim Zionism and Hindu Zionism alongside Jewish and Christian Zionism,but thats a different story) or all the actions of their government. Liking Israel doesnt mean you like their foreign policy or the way they treat their neighbors or how they hold entire nations ransom with money and oil. Liking Israel doesnt mean you dont feel sad for all the Palestinian (Or Yazidi or Syrian or Lebanese or Nigerian) kids displaced by wanton acts of human barbarism. Liking a country doesnt mean you have less morals, are less human than these so called Facebook Humanitarians and liking something most certainly ,under any circumstances doesnt merit a call to be burnt alive. Because in that case,most of us wouldve died in fires long ago...for liking things.So there,its like that.
