Theres some places that do customer service correctly. Some of you night recall the HORRIBLE experience I had at the deli counter at the Mountain Rd. Sobeys a few weeks back. If not, I had a clerk who I had never dealt with before treat me very rudely and completely contrary to the way the rest of the staff normally acts. Wendy and I have always been treated incredibly well there and this was the first time in 10 years where this had happened. I mentioned it to the leader on duty as I was leaving, and she promised me shed take care if it. I seldom complain about customer service unless its incredibly bad, but this was worth mentioning. I walk in the store today, weeks later, and an awesome lady named Candice tracked me down in a completely different section of the store and apologized for the other rep, explained how the situation was handled, and offered me whatever deli meat I wanted today free of charge. Wow. That, my friends, is how you do business and why weve been loyal customers of that particular Sobeys for 10 years now. Kudos to the staff!
