Theresa Peterson Point of fact: For those of you that think Facebook can not legally use your likeness, comments or shares to further their own publicity,...you are terribly mistaken. The very minute you put your posts on a public forum such as Facebook, you are subject to public advertising. If you had properly read the terms and conditions of your Facebook agreement, you would know this already. As a 31 year broadcaster, I can safely say, that when you put yourself within a public forum, you have negated your right to privacy. That post you people keep sharing is a hoax. You have no right to privacy as long as you post your thoughts on Facebook. Its not a matter of legality, its more a matter of keeping what you dont want publicized to yourself. I for one, dont really care what they do.
