There’s a topic that I’ve kept my mouth shut for sometime now and of all the things that do or have bothered me over the years this bothers me the most; this is something that I just can not understand. Why do people always judge and convict someone they know by either friendship or family of a situation or event without ever hearing both sides of the story! How can you possibly know what really happened without knowing both sides?? Are you some type of a mind reader?? Does the person who told you what happened intimidate you or holds something over your head?? Do you have all the facts 1st hand?? Or did you hear what happened through someone elses interpretation of what he/she thinks happened, heard or saw, without all the facts. The 1st thing you should do is not be Judge and Jury without the facts. Option 1 – If you’re not affected stay out of it. It will either be worked out or not. Option 2 – If you must get involved find out what happened from both sides before making any type of decision or taking steps. Types of Steps I’ve seen personally or done to others has been: (1) Sides taken without facts only hearsay, (2) Not talking to one of the individuals, (3) not respond to emails or calls from the individual, (4) walked the other way when you see the individual, (5)de-friended the individual on Facebook, (6) treat the individual as a leper. Take a minute now to remember: at one time you had some type of bond with this person so if you’re going to be Judge and Jury, don’t you think you should find out what really happened 1st. Enough said..
