These NGOs recruit people- mostly among the local youths- who work according to the agenda produced by their financers, the youths being an extremely important part of the society and the most active . These NGOs are the ones who organized the Arab Springs especially in countries like Tunisia , Egypt and Syria, and who monitored by internet the demonstrations and sit ins and other functions of the protest movement . TAMAROD of Egypt is one of them and also the 6 of April movement of al Baradei and BDS of Palestine is one of them too. It is a group of Palestinian organizations and societies- that are mostly foreign affiliated- which form the endorsers of the movement called BDS that is financed by George Soros institutes and by the European Union and others to implement a foreign agenda and impose a World Order solution to the Palestinian problem according to the south African model . This movement uses the attractive policies of Boycott and Sanction to carry the policies of the World Order regarding the cause of Palestine. Most of the activists hired by these NGOs are on the payroll and get a salary, they are not just activists , they are hired activists.
