Remember to share to your timeline to keep!! :-D Choc Mint Protein Balls *To make Lemon-Licious Bliss Balls, substitute the peppermint oil for lemon oil & the Choc Formula 1 for Vanilla Formula 1* Ingredients • 1½ cups organic desiccated coconut • Plus ½ cup for coating • 6 tbs Herbalife Choc Formula 1 • 1 cup ground almonds (almond meal) • 4 tbs extra virgin coconut oil • 4 tbs honey • 6 drops of peppermint oil • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • Pinch of sea salt Method In a food processor, add all of the ingredients; blend for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture starts to mix together into a ball. Use your hands to form small balls. In a separate bowl, place the extra coconut. Roll the balls in the coconut until well coated, then transfer to a plate. Place in the fridge for at least half an hour to set. Makes around 25 Bliss Balls. These freeze well too.
