These are my new helpers for my lungs...I got a cute new panda bear nebulizer that I have to use everyday .And I had to quit smoking so I got me a new better grade vapor cigarette than the first one I had and it doesnt make me cough or my lungs hurt and I am using 0% nicotine juice.I am going on 48hrs with no nicotine I know I can do this I have to do this and I cant reverse the damage that is already done but I can prevent further damaging them..
