These are not old photos of Parramatta but photos of old Parramatta, which is home to 3 of Australias Oldest European Homes. They were taken on 31 August 2014 during a Heritage Ride organised by CAMWEST Bicycle user group Inc member Paul Bowyer. Elizabeth Farm, Old Government House, Experiment Farm & Hambledon Cottage are all open at various times to the public. We visited these sites by bicycle. They are easily accessible by bike, car or on foot. A map and some information can be found here: camwest.pps.au/heritage/ or from the Parramatta heritage entre 346a Church St Parramatta, just near the Lennox Bridge & just a 3 minute walk upstream from the Parramatta Ferry Wharf.
