“These baseless rumours going around of Adam Zango has done is getting too much and my fans are getting worried over the whole issue. I am a Muslim who believes in destiny. I did not make myself famous or take myself to this level and I also did not force anyone to be a failure. God in his infinite mercies has chosen to change my life to what it is today. So where did I go wrong? Why me? “I have to let my fans know that, Adam A Zango will always be the man they know. I want to let them know that, they and I have nothing to worry about because, Allah is always behind those who stand by the truth,” said Zango. Responding to questions on a recent publication in one of the national Hausa magazines which stated that the actor was publicly involved in a brawl with his editor, Zango claimed that the publications was false and aimed at ridiculing his intelligence and mocking his sense of reasoning. According to him, “the magazine went off professional ethics just to see that my image is tarnished. “I want to state here that what that magazine published was just a concocted story that will trigger malice and despise towards me as an individual. “My fans are now more enlightened and more convinced that Zango is innocent. My detractors have done it against me in the purported pregnancy rumour involving Nafisa Abdullahi and they failed. Now the magazine has device another devilish approach.” On whether he is going to take any action on the matters at hand, he said, “As a Muslim I know Allah in his infinite mercy is forgiving, and in the spirit Ramadan I don’t think it will be wise for any good Muslim to keep malice with anyone. “Therefore, I want to state here that I have forgiven them and I also pray for their repentance. Similarly, if by any chance I have wronged anybody knowingly or unknowingly; I urge them to find it in their heart to forgive me. I have put everything aside let Allah take control. I thank God for all he has done to me, and I thank my fans for always being there for me.” Adam A. Zango was recently crowned King of the Hausa movie industry as the winner of the Kwankwasiyya Film Festival award for best actor
