These days young people have no respect for authority or other peoples property. The parents want to make it a race issue or lack of understanding by the community, but never realize that you have to raise your children to work for want they want or to treat people the way they would like to be treated! How can you expect teenagers to be respectful when they are brought up to hate police and take anything they want. There are millions of people who came up in poverty, but worked hard and did what was right by those around them and became successful! We have to quit blaming society for poor parenting skills!! It is a shame for any young person to lose their life, but life is about choices you make and the consequences of those choices! This is why the government should make the parents responsible for the actions of their children that commit crimes and put problem children in programs that dont incarcerate them, but teaches them responsibility, respect, and good moral values!
