These pics are why I became a cynic of so called safety systems and professions in Trinidad and Tobago. These Electrical Works were being done on both Live and De-Energized 480 V and 120/208V Electrical Panels in a Major Building in Queens Park POS. When these violations were brought to the attention of the Management the Major industrial Company involved, they appear to sweep it under the carpet and the contractors got away with a slap in the wrist. This is after they almost destroyed the gulf and killed many in Texas. This is one of the largest companies in Trinidad and they make all sorts of statements of safety. Yet these major violations for which you will be permanently banned from most reputable facilities continue to go on and on. The rest of us have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on safety certifications ...........
