These pictures reveal my evolution into wisdom and creativity! My message today is: Our ethnic group must realize that going back to our herbal tradition, exercise, water consumption and proper nutrition are the keys to our survival. The chemical-filled food industry (processed food makers) has too many of us caught up in their disease creation trap. I intend to bring forth the wisdom that can get us back on the right path. By the way, avoid viagra, levitra, and cialis because their poisonous potential is being covered-up by money mad drug pushers.
