These spasms are making me feel so defeated. And embarrassed. When they happen, they make my face and body contort and I look like Im trying not to shit myself. Whats really happening is, a NERVE in my arm, leg, back, abdomen; hand, foot, or some other interesting place....is seizing or firing or whatever it is doing. It feels like a jolt of electricity. Lasts for a few seconds....but they can be repetitive, or they may strike in multiple places....I never know when or where. Sometimes it is just one side of my body that is effected.....not any particular side....it is indiscriminate.... my point is, its exhausting... and terrifying....and painful....
