These tribute videos always bring tears to eyes and heart. We are blessed by each of the rescues. Even though we grieve for the ones we have lost or simply could not save, their spirits will us to carry on the fight. My passion is to require the state of Arkansas to address the lack of animal control and shelters along with the spay/neuter laws problems. This must be addressed at a state level and not city or county because not all cities and counties have the funds to support proper animal control or a shelter. There are northern states that have addressed such problems. Is Arkansas really that backwards? We dont have to totally reinvent the wheel. If some other states are successful, lets look at what they are doing and make some adjusts. Im ready for the day when volunteers have time to do more rehabilitation and training instead of simply trying to stop mass euthanasia.
