They are in every state of this country, and a very large number of cities, but are protected by reverse informants, supervisors, and the city/state law departments, who dont believe the complainants, or just flat-out cover-up for them, forcing a person to have to go to the States District Courts, or the Federal Level, for any real help. There are a very large number of Dirty, Filthy, Psychotic, Cops on the streets. If you look at the assaults, false arrests, and charges, even murders, or actions such as this article, or any offense against the public, that a civilian would be arrested for.. DO NOT EVER Believe, that just because they put that uniform, and badge on, they are automatically above reproach. A large number are just as guilty, as the criminals already locked up in a secure detainment facility, and Im not just talking about your everyday, run of the mill, local jail.....
