They are using a pretty cool machine in this video - tried it last week at Efficient Exercise - also made here in Austin (by Efficient Exercise, buy local yo). Watched the guy using it who I think designed it and you could see every vein in his arm as he worked through a set. Dunno if its for sale yet, I heard them mention they were talking with NASA as it could be used in space since it doesnt require gravity to work. Apparently astronauts on the International Space Station have to exercise two hours every day as their muscles atrophy a lot faster in space than here on Earth.
