They say all good things come to an end. All bad things also come to an end. To my family and friends,I am no longer in Afghanistan,and am in transit home. My heart goes out to my armament brothers still kicking it a little while longer,and to those just starting their journey with that terrible place. A year from now I could be in Iraq,or Syria. One thing is for sure,I will never deploy to a location a normal human being would want to go,but I am okay with that. It takes a special kind of person to do what we do. It could never happen without the support of you guys. We will fight,just have our backs. We will embrace the suck,its in our blood.
