They should remove the word #Social from Social Media and just call it #Media. Theres nothing social about it. Its impersonal, its cold and for most, Its a facade ( HELLOOOO #CatFish). Social to me is- hanging out with your friends and or family members... Picking up the phone and actually speaking with and hearing the voice of the individual (what did we do before texting)... Putting pen to paper and actually writing a letter to a friend or family member and send it via the post office (email has killed the joy of receiving letters in the mail)... Taking pictures and actually PRINTING them out and placing them in REAL albums and frames... Not in a FB album. (my hubby and sissy still does this... Kudos to them)... Breaking up fights among individuals instead if recording and then posting it to get likes... Sending real flowers/cakes/etc instead of pictures of flowers/cakes/etc when its someones birthday/anniversary/wedding/etc. I think our world has become socially inept!
