They spent last night coming up with shite resolution. Drapery has been bus n taxis only for years, just not enforced nicking the cars that go up it. Yellow boxes wont work as not many drivers understand them. Red route round the bus station so blue badges dont park there. College street traffic hasnt changed, just need to put restrictions on parking in it. Quite easy really. As for traffic enforcement officers, we can only enforce it if the council says we can and the correct signs are in place, and in the right place!
