Say you started to work at 17 and worked for 30 years, making you 47. Then you lost your job and could not find another one but you make it to 66. Your social security will be based off the last year you worked and you lose the other 29 years that you worked. You only need to start working at age 46 but now they say it (Where the money is) will be broke in maybe 15 more years roughly. lol Take into account if they had invested all the money that they have taken in since it was started. The money would last forever and then some. Its hard to imagine that when Clinton was in office we had money and now we are BROKE, our Grandchildren and their children will never be able to pay off Obamas Bills.
