Things are changing here in Big Spring! Ive noticed that many places are short handed. There are signs up everywhere! My husband and I frequent local restaurants almost every night. There have been many recent closings or partial closings of restaurants locally. Als Bar-B-Q had a sign up a few weeks ago that their grill was closed-short handed. Last night Spanish Inn was closed-short handed. We posted in an earlier post that we were working on getting a sub for all positions and we are still pursuing that. It takes many hours of training. We were closed yesterday and we will be closed today. We know this is an inconvenience to our customers and it is never easy on us. Please know we dont take this lightly and we are doing everything we can to get this problem solved. Thank you for your faithfulness! Have a wonderful day!
