Things are getting really dangerous. Gun sales in Missouri are skyrocketing. Tensions are sky high. Please share this with anyone you consider a leader and help prevent a war in Missouri and beyond. This is a message to the leaders of America, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, pastors, ministers, elders, the President of the United States, the governors, the mayors, the city council members, state representatives, congressmen and women, OGs, Big Gs, police officers, deputies, constables, judges, community leaders and activists, mentors, athletes, actors, singers and rappers, dancers, the poets and entertainers. The principals, teachers, tutors, coaches, role models, anyone else who is considers themselves or is considered a leader. I hope it inspires you. The Missouri grand jury is about to release their decision to indict or not indict the officer who fired the fatal shot which ended Micheal Browns life. Whatever the decision, people both Black and white, must react with dignity and honor. The average person is going to be angry. There will be several who will find the decision as an excuse to break the law and act destructively. They will destroy and loot in the name of justice. That is not justice! Rioting and violence will not make a difference. Victimizing businesses and business owners in our communities will not help our causes. A fight with the police is a battle we wont win neither short term or long term. The antagonistic atmosphere that some so-called community leaders are creating is setting the background for more violence and deaths in our communities. It is now, before the shit hits the fan that plans for legislative action, civil action, preventative action should be formed. The time is now for the leaders who are sincere about saving lives to create strategies and implement plans in communities all over the country, but especially in Missouri to prevent violence and intervene in and mediate conflicts that will inevitably arise. The time is now to devise strategies that will empower both the people who the police are sworn to protect, and a criminal Justice system that is fair and effective in how it treats even the most powerless of its citizens. The leaders should be inspiring their people to take the appropriate actions to get justice and fair and balanced law enforcement for their communities rather than inciting violence and leading the sheep to slaughter. The time is now to be and act better than average. youtu.be/iHIKKGggJ4Y
