Upon answering, I was told that my friend, accountant and mentor of 10 years had been in a car accident this morning. He died on impact. I’m sharing this not for sympathy or condolences from you. I’m sharing this for YOU! PLEASE IMMEDIATELY FIND THE CLOSEST MIRROR YOU CAN, LOOK INTO AND READ THIS MESSAGE! What are YOU waiting for? The time is never perfect. Why are YOU procrastinating your life? What are you scared of? Worried about what your friends will think? Well, either them or you will be dead soon, so get over it. Are you living life or waiting to die? Is YOUR body a temple? Then treat it like one. We put cars that don’t run in the junk yard, and bodies that don’t work in the graveyard. The #1 killer in all the world more so than any war, drug or communicable disease is Type II diabetes. A disease of pure gluttony…you eat yourself to death through a combination of junk food junkie and lazy-ass-i-titus We believe our minds can allow us to do anything, but not if they are a slave to our inactive bodies. Your body is a vessel for your mind and soul. How can your soul and mind be right if your body’s not tight? Faith and love have brought a shy country boy from a small town of Florence to you. My desire has always been to help others help themselves. If you have had the pleasure of training with me, then my faith and love have helped transform YOU. My faith works for me, and hopefully yours works for YOU.
