Things that dont add up in the Kirk case: He bought the edible only 3 hours before the murder, i sincerely question the likelyhood that even the most potent edible would have fully kicked in that short period of time, even if he ate it in the car right outside the shop... Hes convieniently rambling about the candy when he knows his wife is on the recorded call to 911... He managed to open the locked gun safe despite his inebriated state. He managed to remove the safety from his semi-automatic. He managed to shoot his wife with a single shot to the head execution style from across the room (this is much harder than youd think to do, takes some target practice at least). Hes rumored to be deeply religious, in fact a mormon, a religious faith that ecshews all intoxicants especially cannabis. Why did he decide to abruptly go weed shoping? (has anybody else in the industry found any older video of him since January, has anybody bothered to look?) My gut tells me this guy was not happily married at all, and when he saw the breathless international media frenzy about the college kid who went nuts and thought he could fly a lightbulb went off above his head on how to get out of all his problems and full custody taboot (after a short temporary insanity trial of course)... would love to see his browser history...
