Think about it... this idea that Santa has a huge work shop at the North Pole is a crock. There is no way that a work shop/warehouse capable of building and storing the amount of toys needed for the Christmas Eve run could exist and not be well documented by aerial or satellite photography. Along the same lines, it would be impossible for Santa to carry all of those toys on his sleigh at the same time. There can be only one answer to this... Santa has small work shops set up all over the world which service the toy making and storage needs of smaller geographic areas. Santa loads his sleigh with the batch of toys made at Work Shop Prime (The North Pole), then routes his journey so that he delivers them on his way to the next work shop where he quickly reloads and continues his trek to the next and the next and the next on through the night. This would explain why nobody has found Work Shop Prime, it is small enough to be unnoticed instead of the massive complex that everyone assumes it to be. Also, Santas sleigh is not burdened with the weigh of millions of toys for the entire trip, allowing it to fly faster and more efficiently. This could also explain the difference in quality of toys given from different parts of the world... some work shops are simply in areas where the infrastructural constraints make certain raw materials cost prohibitive thus impacting the quality of their output. - TREE
