Thinking about buying a pair of these to use for an upcoming cosplay. The reviews seem to imply they are comfortable and flexible enough to walk around in; do you imagine I could survive a full day at a con in them? Had a friend who cosplays Judge Dredd mention taking a razorblade to the interior ankle lining and removing the ankle support. Apparently this makes them more or less as comfortable as any other boot.
