Thinking about finding a new Rheumatologist, Ive about had it with mine….. Unexplained migrating pain (debilitating at times) is just brushed off as Fibromyalgia, without any test for other possibilities. Putting every new or unusual symptom in the “Fibro” category is like bad science putting every weather incident under “Global Warming”….just lazy and incompetent! When they canceled my regular, scheduled treatment (tomorrow) because of a glitch in our insurance, I was told that it will be two to three weeks before it will be straightened out and “nothing we can do in the meantime to help you and your pain ….until we get our money”. Wondering if anyone out there is dealing with Arthritis or Fibromyalgia (or know someone who is) and what Rheumatologist that you would recommend talking to?
