Thinking about this VATmess from the point of view of a customer now ... I know Ive seen several people say this, and it hadnt occurred to me before then, but as a customer buying digital products would you feel happy that sole traders were collecting and storing personal information about you? I know I wouldnt! How could we be sure everyone would keep it securely enough? Wont that mean that theres even more risk of identity theft? It worries me. :-/ How do the rest of you feel about this from the customer viewpoint?
