Thinking about when I first got diagnosed with Lupus...doctor walks in and said Based off all the labs and tests weve done you are showing signs and symptoms of Lupus... When she said that I just looked at her and said I had a feeling it was Lupus. Did all my research and thats what my mom and I came up with. Her response was Your mom and you are really smart people, how do you feel about knowing that you have Lupus?... Well honestly Im glad I now know what it is so that I can fight and treat it but Im okay with that, its nothing that I can do to not have Lupus so Ill keep faith and I shall be good. She then said Wow, I was nervous about telling you but I can see you are a strong person, I nodded my head and said Sure is, Ill be okay☺️. Since January 31,2014 I have been great!
