Thinking of the families today that lost loved ones...thanking those that defend our freedom every day. Counting our blessings and remembering 9-11 how my brother Marc found his way through the smokey streets and walked across the Brooklyn bridge making it home to his/our family, Liz was walking to work, heard the news and took the next train home and Tommy witnessed the horrific site at WTC and hijacked a cab home to Seaford! With all kids safely home from school we gathered in our backyard and I cooked 10 lbs. of chicken parm and pasta while we all felt grateful and forever changed. The families of 9-11 would like us to observe today by performing good deeds by helping others which will provide a positive way to pay tribute to the lives lost.
