Third Sitting- Adoption of the 3 Subject Items In the 3rd sitting of the Standing Committee on Democracy and Human Rights, the president of the committee submitted the 3 subject items: 1. The title for the next resolution “Democracy in the Digital age and the threat to privacy and individual freedoms” with rapporteur from Iceland Ms. Birgitta Jonsdottir. 2. Activities such as: a. The 25 years of the convention on the rights of the child: Are children’s lives better? b. Human Trafficking and migration 3. For the follow up “the 2012 IPU resolution on access to health as a basic right”. Proposed by the Bureau members for adoption of the Committees where the committee adopted three of them.
