Thirsty Thursday! Getting a gallon of water a day is crucial to your fitness journey. THE BODY CRAVES ELECTROLYTES HEHE! You need water to thrive. If you get to a point where you are thirsty, then it is to late, youre dehydrated! I want everyone to aim for 1 gallon of water today! Share photos of you and your gallon for a point! I use a nalgene bottle, and I have to fill it up 4 time a day! 1. you will clean out your body 2. you will feel energized 3. you will feel less hungry 4. your skin will shine your hair will shine why not right!?!?!
