Thirty-two years ago this morning, I was on the phone with you right about now. Are you sure? I questioned. Are you? You asked back. Six hours later I was walking down the aisle on my dads arm. If I knew then what I know today, I would still do it. I have two children whom I love, and three grandchild I totally adore even if they drive me a little more crazy than I am. Two of the things I will miss today like I have missed on this day and on my birthday for the last 15 years are the flowers. For my birthday you would give me one rose the most exotic color you could find. Eighteen days later there would be one yellow rose and two red carnations for love founded in friendship. I miss you, and as time goes on I smile thanking you for the memories because they are what get me through the roughest times. Thank you Danny, Jean, Kevin, Janet, Joe, Jan, Marc, Lisa, David, and Julie as well as Susan and Jeremy, John Sean, and Cathy for being with us on this day. Ill never forget the four car pile up in Gladstone. Only our wedding...right?
