If they must bribe, they better make sure its never found out.) The American justice finds out and charges the company with bribery !!! The company is found guilty and fined $59 million !!! This is why Chinese now have an upper hand in Africa. Chinese companies, even Chinese parastatals, come to Africa and openly bribe our public officials, and end up with all the Tenders !!!! Sometimes, the Chinese government itself pays the bribes on behalf of those companies !!! Of course all these bribes are added to the project cost and its the African taxpayer who is left holding the bag !!!
