As you know we have started registrations for our course on Constructing Items for Psychological Questionnaire (level A) by Dr. D. D Dutta Roy. The course has 10 modules spread around 15 weeks. Will be useful for those who are in to research or for those who are interested in stepping in to research. The course will teach you how to design a questionnaire for your research. The course is addressing the prime most problem of any researcher. Learning modules : (a) introduction – Construct, theory and items (1 lecture); (b) item types (1 lecture); (c) characteristics of good items (1 lecture) (d) item response scales, basic concept of psychophysics (1 lecture); (e) scale transformation (2 lecture); (f) Item sources : Qualitative research; Exploring new items and utilization of existing items (2 lectures); (g) item pool (1 lecture); (h) basic statistics and visualization of statistics (3 lectures); (i) Item reliability (1 lecture); (j) item validity (2 lectures).
