This Dena Taylor, Spencers human. Im posting as myself because I want to be crystal clear with what Im going to say and I DONT EXPECT ANYONE TO RESPOND, LIKE OR COMMENT!!! Im sure someone will because people dont read and/or respect!!! I DO ASK YOU TO EXTEND ME THE COURTESY OF READING THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE!! I received an email late this afternoon from someone who follows Spencers page. Apparently they felt it important to talk for anyone who breathes air based on the length and language of their missive. Apparently they are infuriated and disgusted by The Lullaby Project. According to them .. if it is a charitable undertaking, I should be funding it entirely on my own and not sponging and begging money from people AND taking it away from people who need it!! Let me just say this .. I have already used the greater portion of my savings on this project .. I have cashed bonds, cancelled doctors appointments, treatments, sold things that I cherished to get it to this point. People ignorant of the music industry or what it takes to make a QUALITY recording have no idea what Ive already invested in it and without hope of ever recovering a penny. I was asking for help to reach $3500 to see it reach its full potential because I have very little else to sell or cash in .. I cant sell my blood because I cant qualify to be a donor. I havent asked you to pay my rent, help with the over $1700 worth of vet bills Ive had in the last couple weeks, requested assistance for my own medical bills .. I never have, I never will. And .. after today .. Ill never ask for help with anything on Spencers Page. Heres what Ill say now ... you will never see anything about The Lullaby Project on Spencers page again. If you see anything about it elsewhere, then thats your problem. Close your eyes, change pages, keep scrolling but .. by all means .. kept speading your message around like you have been. You can read this but you wont be able to answer because Ive kicked your ass off this page!! Will the Lullaby Project happen? Yeah .. much smaller and it will only include the distribution of physical CDs and the people who need to hear it the most wont have the ability to play them .. but .. Ill do it on the hopes that maybe it will lift one heart, one spirit!! My gut reaction is to shut down Spencers Facebook page because Im so sick of the meanness and smallness of so many people up here but, sadly, they are an infection throughout the universe. All you have to do is look through the trending conversations you see on your newsfeed. There is no escaping them!!! To any of those 22 people who have donated and helped the fund reach $700 .. I thank you but I will gladly refund your money if you will send me an email at ibeasinger@hotmail. Oh yeah .. Merry Christmas .. NOT!!!
