This Facebook Group Page hosted by BUTUAN GLOBAL FORUM, INC. to serve as a forum for Butuanons to discuss the situation in Butuan and to find consensus on ways to improve the future of our city has been placed under the management of Admins who collectively use the Facebook name Butuanon Page Encargado solely for the purpose of enforcing the rules here. Towards that end, the Admins act on one-for-all and all-for-one basis, taking joint and several responsibility for the statements and actions committed under the common user name Butuanon Page Encargado. In this manner, there will be non-personalization of responses to Admins statements and actions. We have a clearly-established rule on inter-network courtesy among social media groups. We will not allow any of our members to discuss in our forum the topics posted exclusively in other Facebook group pages. We prohibit the importation of postings or threads from other groups to be discussed here in this group page. There must be a thread on a particular topic thats been opened in this forum, for discussions on such topic to proceed here in this group of ours. Otherwise, we will disallow the postings. In the application of the Golden Rule, we hope that other social media networks will observe this inter-network courtesy and not allow to be done in their forum what we will not allow to be done here in our forum. In instances of open breaches in this inter-network courtesy, we can only deal with the Admins of those violating groups who happen to be members here. This rule on inter-network courtesy was the main reason for the removal of all postings on the almost singular issue contained in almost all the comments here these past two days. Let that young man post here and we will let all interested members feast on his angst-ridden statements, provided our rules do not get violated in the process.
