This Fathers Day is a little different then my last 15. This Fathers Day instead of breakfast in bed, or shouts of “Happy Fathers” Day. Its just me and my youngest, Asher as I get up this morning. My wife and daughter are at Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC), and my oldest son is on the other side of the world in Australia. I’m not sharing this because I’m sad but more so because I want everyone to know how blessed I am by my 3 kids. They are all amazing in there own way and I’m so pumped to be there dad. Being a dad is one of the best things about my life. So for Fathers Day instead of my kids giving me something I want to give something to them. I love music. I cant play it or sing, but I love it. Listening to certain songs is like seeing the past. So many memories are attached to songs. So to all 3 of you I want to give you a song. Asher. You are the “joy” of our family. We did not know the energy and happiness you would bring all of us when we planned on having one more baby. I would not change anything about you. God made you the ultimate little boy and I love you so much. You have been so amazing this past 3 weeks I know it hasn’t been easy on you. You shine so bright my little Blond Mexican. I love you son.
