This Friday at the Kaufmann Center... a great evening of art. The Hill House Association’s Kaufmann Center (KC) is pleased to present Take a Walk in My shoes, its first formal exhibition of 2013. The exhibit, created by artist Christina McNeese and opening on Friday, June 7th in the KC’s 3rd floor gallery, takes an intimate look at the daily lives we live through the lens of two very particular rooms. These rooms are being created by a team of artists guided by Ms. McNeese. The exhibit will take place in the Historic Hill District at the recently renovated Kaufmann Center from June 7, 2013 until June 16, 2013. Opening night, June 7 will be from 6 to 10:00PM and is FREE to the public. As part of the opening event, many of the participating artists will perform on Friday evening. The schedule, beginning at 6:00PM, includes, Hotep Artist, Klark Kent, Billy Pilgrim, Phat ManDee, Vie Boheme and Guaracha.
