This I just watched. An exchange between Tureen Afroz and Sara Hossain. First Tureen Afroz cites (TC 1:25-2:50) ART 29 of UDHR, to argue that creating a controversy re: historical facts to hurt the emotions of a nation is immoral. Thus, curtailing David Bergmans freedom of speech was in line with international human rights law. Visibly dumbfounded, Sara Hossain responds (TC 3:12-4:00) that Tureen Afroz is misleading the audience about relevant free speech provisions in international law. Tureen Afroz then brushes off (TC 8:42-9:10) Sara Hossains objection saying that Hossain is acting like a wife in distress. If only she was acting like a lawyer... she would have consulted the caselaw of American Court of Freedom of Expressions and African Court of Freedom of Expressions where thousands and thousands of decisions confirm Afrozs position. And this poor liar is a prosecutor of a court trying international crimes in Bangladesh.
