This Man Helped Raped Me of The American Dream... & Hes Still On The Run The time has come for me to drag this scumbag out into Gods light. This man - and I use the term VERY loosely - wreaked unimaginable havoc on my life. Those of you who read my book - Thrown Under The Bus - know him as my former employment lawyer, dirtbag extraordinaire, Tom. As you can see from the article below, Tom Bello was disbarred last October. To say I was bowled over with emotion, does not begin to describe it. I cried uncontrollably for days...like Id become awash in a tidal wave of long-awaited relief. I hadnt known of Tom Bellos other escapades. In fact, altho I knew he was the lowest form of life for what hed done to me, thats where it ended. To come to learn about the vile acts hed perpetrated on some SIXTY others...well, I was just blown squarely away. Part of me felt a sense of guilt, like I should never have dropped the fraud (countersuit) against him (yes, COUNTERsuit...read the book...you WILL NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYES!!!), I wasnt nearly the astute consumer then as Ive become after nearly 2 decades of heinous workplace abuse that nearly left me for dead. That brings me to another travesty: THE MEDIA. Most grounded folks are painfully aware of the death of journalism. Such is the case in my little hometown of Staten Island, New York. The Staten Island Advance is THE paper of Staten Island, hence, it is the hub Islanders have turned to for the days news for as far back as I can recall. Problem is, The Advance wouldnt give me the time of day when I (relentlessly) pursued them to do a story on my book. I am a THIRD (maybe FOURTH) generation Islander with a VERY newsworthy story, and yet, it is apparently FAR MORE important to protect a thief like Tom Bello than it is to deliver truthful information. Sadly, altho Mr. Bello has been disbarred, last I knew (recently) he was earning a SIX FIGURE SALARY TEACHING - GET THIS - ETHICS!!!!!!! Folks, you cannot make this stuff up. Moreover, he has been entrenched in a bankruptcy hearing for quite some time. BANKRUPTCY. He and his wife (another scumbag lawyer) went to great lengths to hide all of their assets, leaving all 60 or so victims in their wake. Please share this far and wide ESPECIALLY if you are a Staten Islander or were one. Yall know The Advance and the incestuous nature of the Island itself. If they wont touch my story for fear of hurting a proven certified crook with whom the powers that be are in bed, then we need to do the job they wont. Thank you all for helping to expose the truth.
