This Monday, May 26 there are Richmond Rox Triathlon by Richmond Multisports rides leaving the parking lot beside rt 5 in the Brown Greer lot @ 8am wheels down. 40k or 25 miles for the Olympic course ( feel free to ride out again to get more mileage or run part of the run course onto the VA Capital trail ) We have 3 ride leaders, but could use some that know either course but ride at a slower speed around 14-15mph. Maps are on the Richmond Rox race pages, please print them out before coming, have your tires & bikes ready, dont forget your helmet, nutrition, and fluids. 3Sports is open today, but not Sunday if you need to replenish.
