Tomato and Mozzarella tart with olive Tapenade and salad. Topside of Roast Beef or turkey Home Made Yorkshire Puddings, Goose Fat Roast Potatoes, Honey Glazed Parsnips, Fresh Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots, topped with a light Creamy Leek Sauce and a Rich Beef Gravy. Vegetarian Nut Roast with all the trimmings. Poached Salmon with creamy Mash and vegetables with a chive and butter sauce. Chocolate brownie with Butterscotch sauce and Vanilla ice cream. Apple Crumble and custard. Fresh Fruit Tarlet with Baileys Cream.
