This Patriot Day take the time to live and love a little more for those we lost. Take one more sip of coffee with your wife. Send a text to your best friend. Take the kids for ice cream. These are just a few ways we can create happiness in their name. Please donate to the Military Assistance Mission. This group, lead by my friend Margy, does outreach to the active duty enlisted men and women, veterans, and wounded warriors of Arizona. If a hero has a need, the Military Assistance Mission meets it. Grants, food, housing, car repairs, rent, diapers, job placement, the everything and anything. Not a loan to be repaid but a thank you for their service. You can help them in their mission to help those who were willing to sign, with their lives and bodies, that check for the full amount of the cost of freedom. We will never forget. But we wont be defined by our loss but rather we will be defined by the love and joy we gain when when honor those who are gone. This is September 11th, 2014.
